Hi, I’m Elaine. A 45-year-old single mom of two, and a full-time financial advisor. For years, I struggled—juggling the chaos of motherhood, work, and trying to keep everything together. Like many of us, I found myself lost in the puzzle pieces of life, wondering how to find balance and peace.

But then, I discovered something that changed everything. Three simple things—Eat, Move, Sleep—became the guiding lights that helped me reconnect with the best version of myself. These three pillars have shown me that the basics of self-care are often the most profound, and they’ve been my foundation for healing and growth.
